The Quick Pad can be activated from anywhere in Thoughts. The Quick Pad allows you to jump to any location you have assigned in Settings. It also lets you initiate synchronization manually.

Here is an example of a list of Thoughts in the "My Recordings" folder. From here, you can preview your Thoughts.

Notice the blue preview icon - this item is displayed in the preview at the bottom of the screen. You can preview any element of a thought right from the Preview panel.

You can tap the play button in a preview to listen to the audio file.

Preview also lets you scroll through all the text in the selected thought.
